"Cows on Parade" in Chicago from June 15-Oct 31. 300 cows decorated by artists. Those not weather tolerant are in the cow moo-seum. After exhibition they will be auctioned off to the highest bidders.
Cows on Parade is presented by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs, organized by the Chicago Public Art Program and presented in partnership with the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association and the Chicago Office of Tourism.
