complete without snacks; of course the most popular one was the cow spotted cupcakes provided by Debbie Phillips Aunt. We made quite a spectacle with our procession through the halls wearing cow bells and our cow-spotted pj's! This preceded the crowning of "Miss Moo Moo" by our judge, Lindsay Azure. The honor went to Cindy Offenbacher who was awarded a scepter (4th of July pinwheel) and cow spotted beanbag photo holder. Congratulations Cindy!
Friday we had shopping on our minds along with seeing some of the sights of Chicago. A group of us rented a limo and piled in. Our first stop was the Big "K" for a photo opportunity. Of course we sent June in to shop for us! Next we went to the Woodnfield Mall where we split up and did some "power shopping". Marlene won the prize for the most expensive shopping spree as she treated herself to a heart shaped diamond necklace. As usual, we then had food on our minds. We headed out for our sightseeing tour on the way to the "Spaghetti Warehouse". Great food, great service and more than enough to eat. Picture this, Limo, 13 women and enough "To Go" boxes to feed an army! That night we all met back at my room to "Meet the Moo Pals" and pick up name badges.
