When Chad and I arrived at our hotel in Kansas, we found that Debbie Phillips  had left us Cowboy Hats with a sheriffs badge, a pin and a letter from  the Mayor of Hiawatha, maps of the city and some goodies (water, candy, etc). 
    Saturday the morning of the

signing we went to Debbie's store and on  the way saw all of the gorgeous maple trees turning colors and at the DQ we saw a message saying, "Welcome Mary's Moo Moos".  What a nice  wel

come we had received so far.  Once we got to the store we saw a  beautiful display of Moos in the window with a nice Got Milk?  Cardboard cutout

that would later be signed by Mary and auctioned.
    Inside the store we saw Carrie & Dave Moos, Lindamoo & Jerry,  Mooleen,

Paul, Susan and Steve, Gordyne, Ann

and Jim, Debbie and  Randy.  I finally got to meet Carrie Moos after 6+ years of  corresponding with

her via e-mail. 

We checked out the largest display  of Moos I've ever seen.  It was spectacular!
  Soon after we went to lunch at Gus' Restaurant and met another local  Moo Collector, Carrie E.  We
