YAHOO CHAT
Our Yahoo Chat was on September 5 at 7 pm. There was not as many members attending this week as usual but that did not stop us from having a moo-levous time. Deb:), Cari Jetter, Liz from Victoria's Mall, and of course me, Lindamoo attended. After take off a few chat is was sure nice to have a chat again.
Cari is a member of ours and she lives in Canada. She has about 700 moos and even some of the hard to find ones. Canada does not have too meaning places that sell moo moo so she does lots of shopping by mail just like so many of us do. We were talking about ebay and how we were so surprised to see so many teapots for sell on ebay the same time. Looks like there are about 3 of them on line now.
Deb gave us a little clue about the MHC silent auction that will be held as a fundraiser for the club. Make sure you check out the October MHC web site for more information.
We decided it was time for a Moo Trivia question. The question was: What is the theme of the September Moo of the Month? Deb said Back to School and Cari said making the Grade. Well they were both right and so they both won a prize tonight. Deb won a magnet-shopping list with a cow on it and Cari won a cow spotted pencil holder. Both were very excited because it was the first time either one of them won a prize.
Cari was asking about how many members the moo hunt club has and Deb was proud to say that as of today we are up to 1550 members.

WEB SITE CHANGE FOR CHATS
Due to the problems we have had with the World Collector's Net Chat (WCN) also known as the "Moo Maniacs" Chat, we are going to use the Yahoo chat site until further notice. It will be held on the same day and time, the third Saturday of the month at 7:00 pm EST (4:00 pm PST). This will be the only official "Moo Hunt Club" chat through the end of the year, including January 2002. During the next three months we are suspending the chat on the first Wednesday of the month. You are still welcome to use the Yahoo site to meet with "Moo Pals" in the chat room at any time. COW-LECTOR IN NEED
Hi Everyone,A fellow Moo Pal, my sister Judy, has a co-worker who's Daughter lost their house in a fire. She collected cows related items and lost her entire Cow-lection. So if you had any Cow items that you are ready to part with, this would give you a perfect home for them. They are staying with her parents for now, but should have the house finished in time for Christmas, if you could send any items in December it would make a MOO-velous Christmas gift for her.
