SILENT AUCTION UPDATE
We have had a good response to the "Silent Auction" going on during the month of January. The one question we get asked most is "What is the value of Auction #2, the "Moo-velous
Silent Auction"
? Some have definite monetary values and others are simply "PRICELESS"!!! The approximate value of this auction is $350 dollars. As you can see from the picture on the web site, several of the items are Moo Hunt Club
exclusives along with three items signed by Mary Rhyner-Nadig. The two prototypes are absolutely ador-a-bull! I can't say enough about the Mary's Moo Moos CD with over 1,200 pictures of figurines, displayers, series and promo items...it will become a prized possession of the winning bidder! Remember, highest, earliest bid wins the whole "herd"!!! Good Luck!

Auction #1 "Moo-stery Box Auction"
The second most asked question was "What is in the
Moo-stery Box?" Well Moo Pals...it wouldn't be a moo-stery if we told you what was in it! We can tell you the approximate value...$150 dollars or more as I keep adding items to this one. Remember the deadline for both auctions is January 30, 2002. Good Luck again!
HAMILTON'S RELEASES BASED ON PRE-SALES
Hamilton's process of producing MMM's is different from other retailer's. They produce the item, via Enesco, if the sales warrant going through with production. They must reach a minimum number of pre-sales in order to do this. That's why it takes almost 3 months from when a series or figurine is announced until it is shipped to the customer. If sales slow down in a series they may also cancel the rest of the series. Hence, the list of partial names and titles to some of their series. The only way we can guarantee receiving these "exclusive" Hamilton figurines is to get enough orders placed as soon as they announce a new release. Order yours today!!!

FEBRUARY CHAT
We are still attempting to get a chat site worked out for our monthly Moo Hunt Club chats. Last month we went to  the one Neko set up for us, and even though we didn't have a very high attendance, it seemed to work well. So this month we will try it again and see how it goes. Here is the link:
www.geocities.com/nekodachi.geo/MHC-Chat.html It will be held on Saturday, February 16 at 7:00 PM Eastern (4:00 PM West Coast). Come on by and give us your input on this new chat site. Share your  stories and tell us all about your new moos!
MOO MANIACS CHATJANUARY 19, 2002
Attendees Weezy, Cindy, Neko, Deb, Bluecat
The first meeting at the new chat room went well. Everything appeared to work just fine and no major problems or glitches were reported. It was a small meeting with only five members, four of whom actually chatted. As usual the conversation was varied and wandering. Nothing of real note was discussed except perhaps sending out an e-mail next month to remind members of the chat. Complete minutes of the meeting are not available as we cannot get copies of the chat with our current contract with the chat room provider.  As written by -Neko >^..^<
