It has come to my attention that we have a virus running amuck through the club. Actually it is more of a Trojan. It send mail from the infected computer using another email address in your address book so it appears to have been sent from someone else when it is received. Many of these emails do not have anything written in the body of the letter, however some do, so it is impossible to know sometimes by looking. It comes with too many subject lines to list. Please visit the SARC - Virus Hoaxes pages for more information. http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/hoax.html For those of you on AOL you can check the Details of the email and if the email actually originated from an address other than that listed at the head of the email you know there is a problem and you should just delete the mail. Any other servers offering similar services would also give you a heads up as to the suspect email. At this time it would be advisable to run virus scan on all attachments before opening.
Please run a virus check on your computer today as you can not tell if your computer is
affected. If you don't have a virus scan on your computer you can find a free 30 day download of McAfee Virus scan free, be sure to click on the Evaluate button http://download.

or just find your own site by entering free virus scan in your favorite search engine.
I will be notifying anyone that I receive their address in the description part of any

Slow night at the chat. Tanya Mary and Deb attended for a short while. I heard that Kathy (bluecat) stopped by and a couple others I missed but didn't stick round to chat.
