CLAYTON, Mich. --

Paul E. Sexton, age 45, of Clayton passed away unexpectedly Aug. 31, 2010, at Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn.
   He was born Jan. 5, 1965, in Michigan City, Ind., the son of Stanley and Marlene (Wilke) Sexton. He was a graduate of Addison High School the Class of 1983. Paul enjoyed bowling, was active in 4-H and the Addison High School Band and Drama Club in addition to playing sports. In 1984, he went to serve in the U.S. Air Force, being stationed in San Antonio, Texas. He then owned and operated his own cleaning businesses, after serving in the Air Force.
   He is survived by his parents, Stanley and Marlene; three brothers, John (Debra) Sexton of Dundee, Steven (Kimberly) Sexton of Adrian and Mark Sexton of Clayton; his sister, Lynett (Scott) Spencer of Clayton; his grandmother, Elsie Wilke of Michigan City, Ind.; 15 nieces and nephews, four great-nieces, several aunts, uncles and special friend Mark Jeffries.
    He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John W. Sexton, Irene L. Miller and Norman Wilke.
   Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, with Pastor Mike Vickers officiating. Burial will follow in Green's Lakeside Cemetery, Manitou Beach, with Military Honors conducted by the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Honor Guard, Dayton, Ohio.

Many of us were acquainted with Paul and his overwhelming devotion to his Mary's Moo Moos cow-lection. He most certainly had the most extensive collection of hard to find items and prototypes.

He will be missed, our heartfelt sympathies go out to his family and friends
